What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card -- Visa and Mastercard.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, our website is not set up for international shipping -- however if you are interested in purchasing from oversea's, please contact us or e-mail us at info@bikeafterdark.com and we will do our very best to accomodate you.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the cost to package and ship said items.  Since it can get complicated to assess those costs, we made it easy by offering flate rate shipping for our customers!

How do I track my package?
First Class Mail comes with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your item is delivered, and sometimes it may say the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox.

I was sent the wrong shirt/I was sent a defective light.
If you received the wrong item, or the item we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at info@bikeafterdark.com with your order number and specifics on what was defective, and we will take care of it for you.

How do I return/exchange an item I have purchased?
At this time, all sales are final.

How can I make a change to my order?
If you made a mistake on your order or would just like to change something, please email us at info@bikeafterdark.com and let us know. If your order has not been shipped out yet, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email info@bikeafterdark.com and we can confirm that the order was placed.

What name will appear on my credit card bill?
The name on your credit card bill will be BIKEAFTERDARK.

You sell giftcards?  Do they have an expiration date?
No, our giftcards do not have an expiration date. :D
