About Bike After Dark

We are a Texas based company and our employees have been biking for years.  This project started almost two years ago when a few of our employees embarked on a great adventure to Chicago for the Lollapalooza music festival.  Knowing the public transports would be crowded by fellow music lovers, these young lads concluded that biking would be the only way to efficiently navigate the city.  However, the land of Chicago can be very dark at night and with motorized vehicles taking up the roadways, they quickly realized they would need to figure out a way to safely travel the city streets. Thus, the first Fireball was born!  They created the first light pack and installed them on their bicycles, the lights turned out to be a big hit at the festival and we knew we had to start manufacturing them for sale.
